Delivery and returns

LILLUNÈ Online Store (Lillunè OÜ)

Products purchased from the LILLUNÈ online store are subject to the right of withdrawal arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. According to § 56 (1) of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the online store within 14 days from receiving the goods.

How does the return process work?
If you wish to return a product:

  1. Notify us of your intention within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. Send a withdrawal statement to:

The statement should include:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • Name of the product being returned
  • Reason for return (optional)

Condition of returned products
The returned product must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in original packaging
  • in resalable condition

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product if it has been used in a way other than necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Cosmetics exception
According to § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening.
Therefore, the following items cannot be returned:

  • cosmetic products with opened packaging
  • opened perfumes
  • products whose use cannot be objectively verified
  • products whose shelf life depends directly on the moment of opening
    This requirement is established to protect consumer health and product safety.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except when:

  • the product does not match the order
  • the product is defective
  • the wrong product was sent
    In such cases, the costs are covered by Lillunè OÜ.

The Seller will refund the amount paid by the Customer no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. The Seller has the right to delay the refund until:

  • the returned product has been received, or
  • the Customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned.

The following will be refunded:

  • product cost
  • original delivery cost (except when the Customer chose a more expensive delivery method than standard shipping)

Submitting claims
According to § 218 of the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to submit a claim within two years from receiving the goods. If a defect appears within the first year, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (unless this contradicts the nature of the item).

Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (TTJA) or the European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
