ORDERING
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. It is not possible to create an account in the LILLUNÈ online store, and all orders are placed
as a guest. This means a simple and fast checkout process – you only need to enter the necessary details to complete your order.
Can I modify my order after payment?
If you notice an error in your order (wrong product, address, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible by email:

How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

RETURNS
Can I return a product?
Yes. According to the Law of Obligations Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The returned product must be:
• unused
• undamaged
• in original packaging
Are all products returnable?
No. For hygiene and cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the packaging has been opened.
This is based on law (§ 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act).
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, but not before the returned goods have been received.
DISCOUNTS
Are there discounts in the LILLUNÈ online store?
Yes. We offer seasonal campaigns and personalized discount codes.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the “Discount code” field in the cart and click “Apply”.
Please note that discount codes may not apply to already discounted products.
PAYMENT
What payment methods are available?
Payments are processed via secure payment solutions (e.g., Montonio, Maksekeskus, or Stripe):
• Bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Luminor, etc.)
• Card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available)
All payments are secured with SSL encryption.
Is it possible to pay by invoice?
Invoice payment is not available for private customers.
Separate agreements apply for wholesale clients (B2B).
PRODUCT INFORMATION & QUALITY
Are the products sold in the LILLUNÈ online store original?
Yes. We sell only original products sourced through official importers or manufacturers.
Are the products fresh?
Yes. The safe use of cosmetic products is regulated by the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
If the product shelf life is over 30 months, the packaging includes an open jar symbol (PAO), indicating the safe usage period after opening.
If the shelf life is under 30 months, a specific expiry date is shown on the product.
Can the product shade differ from the image?
Depending on screen settings, shades may slightly differ from the actual product.
What does “natural” or “eco-friendly” product mean?
The term “eco-friendly” is not legally regulated.
LILLUNÈ carefully selects brands with as clean, transparent, and consciously formulated ingredients as possible.
We always recommend reviewing the product ingredient list (INCI).
